It is the main association football competition of the Women’s national football teams governed by the South Asian Football Federation and approved by FIFA and AFC. The Eight countries that are competing in the biggest women’s event in South Asia are Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Nepal, Srilanka and Maldives. It is the 3rd Edition of the biggest women’s event in South Asia which is held every 2 years. The matches are being shown live in a region which has a population of 1.7 Billion people.
