On 30th September, 2020 another subsidiary of EIHPL namely JS Fuel (Private) Limited (JSFPL) has amalgamated with and into the Company. Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan vide its order dated November 12, 2020 has confirmed the scheme effective from September 30, 2020 and the JS Fuel stand merged into the Company with effect from September 30, 2020.
