Airblue, Pakistan’s fastest growing airline today recognised it’s 10,000th passenger on its Islamabad-Manchester route with a simple ceremony at the Islamabad airport.

Pakistan’s first choice airline, Airblue, commenced the first long-haul operation ever by a private Pakistani airline to Europe with 4 weekly flights from Islamabad to Manchester on June 1 of this year. One more flight was added in late June to increase capacity on the route to 5 weekly flights.

The convenient scheduled timings from both Islamabad and Manchester, and personalised service has enabled Airblue to capture a substantial market share of the route. In a short span of 14 weeks, Airblue has flown over 10,000 passengers on its Islamabad-Manchester sector.
